We are currently seeking a Payroll Assistant for a full-time position. This is an excellent opportunity to join the field, especially for candidates at the start of their career who have graduated with honors and are looking to grow in a dynamic, professional environment.
Requirements:
- Certified Payroll Accountant (mandatory).
- Graduated with honors – significant advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role – advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel – mandatory.
- Familiarity with “Zman Emet” system – advantage.
- Understanding of payroll processes, deductions, and contributions – mandatory.
- Responsible, organized, precise, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and advance in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing hourly and monthly payroll for company employees.
- Update and maintain employee data in the attendance system.
- Verify payments and reports with external bodies (National Insurance, funds, etc.).
- Manage and analyze Excel reports.
- Handle employee attendance, social contributions, reports, and related tasks.
