We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Sales/Business Development Director to join our team at High Sec Labs, a leading provider of commercial and secure Pro AV solutions. The Sales/Business Development Director will play a crucial role in driving business growth in the US market by leveraging their deep understanding of the AV market, key players, integrators, and sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and possess a comprehensive knowledge of the Pro AV industry landscape including Defense and Federal markets.

1. Develop and implement sales strategies:

  • Identify and pursue new business and strategic opportunities, key players, integrators in the Pro AV industry.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
  • Represent the company to customers and in industry events.

2. Market research and analysis:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Work with marketing to conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, market segments, and emerging opportunities.

3. Sales team leadership:

  • Set sales objectives and lead and mentor the sales team.
  • Conduct sales training and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for the team.
  • Track progress, provide forecasts, and identify ways to improve performance.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven sales/BD experience in selling AV equipment to government and federal customers and knowledge of government contract procedures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and partners
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Willingness to travel as required
