About Us:

I’m looking for a Configuration & NPI Manager to join our team in Or Akiva, managing the configuration and documentation of our electromechanical systems.
What you’ll do:
- Document and maintain product data in our ERP system for clients and subcontractors
- Create and maintain part numbers and BOMs (including engineering change management)
- Identify and manage alternative components
- Maintain drawings and technical specifications produced by R&D, marketing, and engineering
- Collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, procurement, and manufacturing teams, both in-house and with subcontractors
What you bring:

- Knowledge of mechanical drawings (electronics is an advantage)
- Experience preparing assembly procedures for electromechanical products
- Familiarity with standards and CAD tools – an advantage
- Education in mechanical/electronic engineering with broad technical knowledge
- High-level English – required
