Managed Cross Domain Data Transfer using RS-232 Isolators

Manage the secure transfer of information across domains using HSL’s RS-232 hardware-enforced unidirectional data flow Isolators that are part of HSL’s growing Cross Domain Solution portfolio. Create rules using regular expressions to filter the information passed between domains and to limit the type of events and commands that can pass through the Secure RS-232 Isolator.

The first available products in the HSL CDS suite are the FT11N-4 (Isolator for securing SCADA and OT) and the FF11N-4, which is similar to the FT11N-4 but includes filtration rules.

Ransomware Groups Continue to Target Healthcare – 464,000 Patient Records Breached in Kootenai Attack

Ransomware groups continue to target healthcare providers in the United States and around the world, disrupting health services operations and holding private and personal patient healthcare records for ransom against the threat of disclosure. This latest attack on the non-profit healthcare provider Kootenai in Idaho lead to the leak of 464,000 patient records.
Healthcare facilities typically have both private networks containing personal patient information along with non-private networks used to access the Internet and maintain non-private contact with patients. HSL’s portfolio of secure peripheral sharing devices is a cost-effective solution for preventing data breaches while improving workflow across multiple networks.
