Gerald (Jerry) Oliver is the Product and Business Development Manager. He provides direction to the HSL team in all aspects of sales, marketing, and new product design.
Mr. Oliver served 24 years as a Naval Intelligence Officer. During his time in the Navy, he served in every theater of operation including Iraq during the second Gulf War. He earned his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
Retiring from the military, Jerry found himself working for a defense contractor performing many different roles, Program Manager, Department Head, Project Engineer, etc.,
Always looking for a new challenge, Jerry transitioned to HSL and stood up the Business Development department. His primary focus is US Sales, more specifically US Military Sales.
Corey Morelli was raised predominately in the states of Texas and Alabama. He studied Mathematics at The University of Alabama. He started working for HSL in April of 2017 as a Test Operator and has shown the drive and commitment to ensuring the success of the Huntsville facility. He currently our IT and Special Projects Manager. He is responsible for ensuring that our IoT Devices comply with our company cybersecurity policies. He is also responsible for Managing All new products to the Huntsville facility.
Shane McCarthy serves as the IT Manager at HighSecLabs. With a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH), he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Shane is committed to ensuring the smooth operation of HighSecLabs’ IT infrastructure and driving innovation in the ever-evolving field of technology.
Bryan Howard serves as the Quality Assurance & Operations Manager. His 40-plus years in Quality Assurance, Operations, Customer Support, Supplier Development, New Product Introduction, ISO-9000 / AS9100 and Production provides a solid foundation to help lead the HSL Huntsville site continually enhance performance.
Starting his career in computer systems integration, test and repair, he is ‘returning to his roots’. With roughly 20 years of experience as a Quality Director and various management roles, Bryan went back to Quality Engineering, supporting businesses as an individual contributor.
In the combined role of QA & Ops Manager growing HSL Huntsville’s capabilities and developing the next generation of Quality, Operations and Production Leaders, his attention is concentrated on total business improvement.
Plan the required “Assembly” workforce to meet site goals. Hiring assembly personal on time, per required, for each department to meet its goals. Define Roles and responsibilities of each “Assembly employee” verify that there are enough in each position and that they are trained and certified where needed.
I started out in the Auto Industry and have over 33 years of experience in various rolls in the industry.
I started out as an operator and have held team lead and supervisory positions in the auto industry.
I started working for HSL in November of 2021 in the pack out department and have worked my way up within the company.
Jennifer performs the bookkeeping functions at the HSL Huntsville site and also works with the Business Unit Manger to keep track of the financial status of HSL Huntsville.
Jennifer has a degree in Finance from Auburn University and a degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
Active security clearance. 20+ years Experienced Warehouse Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Defense & Space industry. Skilled in Government Procurement, Operations Management, Inventory and Asset Management, Operational Planning, Logistics, EXIM and Warehouse Operations.
