Required Qualifications Skills
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory.
- 10+ years of experience in the design and development of electronic packaging products for mass production – mandatory.
- Previous experience managing an engineering development team in the electronic packaging field – mandatory.
- Full proficiency in SolidWorks – mandatory.
- Experience working with military systems – a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership skills, systems-level thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a mechanical engineering team and workshop manager (approximately 3 employees).
- Take full responsibility for the design and development of electronic packaging products, from concept through mass production.
- Combine team leadership (approximately 40%) with hands-on engineering work (approximately 60%).
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality departments.
- Lead design processes, optimization, and continuous improvement of existing products.
