We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with strong expertise in industrial automation to lead the implementation of automated manufacturing processes and drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / Practical Engineer (Engineering Technician) in one of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Electrical & Control Engineering, or Mechatronics – required.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing industrial automation solutions – required.
- Experience in industries such as semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing, or other high-volume manufacturing environments – advantage.
- Experience working with industrial robots and/or collaborative robots (cobots).
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming and industrial control systems.
- Experience with CAD / engineering design software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of automated manufacturing processes designed to reduce manual labor and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and optimize production logic and workflows to ensure autonomous, accurate, and error-resistant processes.
- Implement automation solutions using industrial machinery, collaborative robots (cobots), and automated systems for repetitive and complex tasks.
- Program and design machine logic, integrate sensors and control systems, and implement built-in quality control mechanisms to prevent defects and ensure product consistency.
- Identify opportunities to increase production throughput, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve product quality.
- Lead automation projects from concept and planning through implementation and production integration.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, production, and operations.
