Operations centers often use IP matrix systems (such as IP KVM matrix switchers) for managing video feeds, switching sources, and controlling displays over networks. While efficient, these systems introduce multiple cybersecurity risks due to their reliance on interconnectivity.

An infected laptop connected via a non-secure KVM or open IP matrix can introduce malware into other connected systems across separate networks.
Classified devices connected to an unsecured IP matrix are vulnerable to malicious code injection and data exfiltration.
Compromised users may extract sensitive data from classified networks to a local workstation and transfer it using portable storage devices.
Data in transit, such as video streams, can be intercepted, and internal memory within external displays may be exploited to transfer data between otherwise isolated networks.

Neous delivers a robust architecture that supports up to 300 endpoints. Data-in-transit is encrypted using AES-256 GCM, and every product is manufactured in a secure TAA/BAA compliant supply chain.

Neous is built on Zero Trust principles, combining layered security controls with hardware-enforced isolation. The secure IP network prevents unauthorized users from establishing connections, while all data in transit is encrypted to protect against interception and injection. The Neous controller authenticates each endpoint and permits only approved endpoints to exchange encryption keys. Before any connection is established, each endpoint is isolated using a NIAP-certified KVM or Video Isolator, enforcing a strict unidirectional flow of video and HID data.

In operations centers, live video feeds drive real-time decisions. Neous enables secure video walls with dynamic Multiview presets and autoscaling without any risk of data breaches or unauthorized monitoring.
Neous supports 4K at 30Hz, and can be either grouped and configured as one unit, or connect multiple displays through daisy-chaining.
Unnoticeable, Scalable Security
Neous Endpoints can be ergonomically stored either under the workstation tabletop, or mounted on the side to reduce clutter. HSL’s advanced multiview KVM solutions support up to 16 input sources. Sources can consist of Neous endpoints, local computers, and laptops connected through HSL’s docking solutions.
